Lost But Not Forgotten: Adventures in Dinosaur City (1992)

Adventures in Dinosaur City
(1992)

Right smack in the middle of the success from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and the TV series "Dinosaurs" director Brett Thompson made his second film in his three film directing career. He was a man before his time obviously...during an era where people ate up new creative ideas, he was looking around him and repackaging everything that was already successful to try and make a buck. He should really consider making movies right now, cause repackaged tripe is what people eat up these days.

In any case, he managed to make a fairly fun little action flick for kids. Give me a rubber suit over CGI any day! Silly special effects and lots of use of the words "Rad", "Totally" and "Awesome" led to an NES tie in, but it wasn't enough to keep this film from slipping out of everyone's memory, and forgetting that this movie was NOT Theodore Rex.

Get this film out on DVD dirt cheap
